CHECK THAT YOUR RETURN MEETS ALL THE FOLLOWING POINTS, BEFORE SENDING THE PRODUCT:

  • The material to be returned must be unused and under the conditions given: with all its original packaging intact, manuals and accessories. It can not be dirty or grated.
  • Returns of customized products will not be accepted.
  • If the material that is requested as a return is not available, the client can request the money to be reimbursed to him. In this case, the amount paid for the product will be refunded minus the original full shipping costs.
  • Slideinline.com will not accept returns with "cash/payment on delivery" service, unless we have authorized the customer in writing to proceed in this way.

  • The cost of shipping, both outbound and back, in case of return will be covered by the customer unless it was a mistake from our staff when packaging our orders of slideinline.com. It is NOT considered error of slideinline.com to have advised a client on the choice of a particular size or product determined.
  • Shipments will only be accepted through FEDEX, DHL, UPS or other profesional transport companies.
  • A package in which a label or sticker has been sticked directly to the original box or packaging of the product will not be accepted.

If all of the above conditions are met, slideinline.com will accept the return of the product, changing it for another.

Who pays for the returns?
If the change is due to an error in the preparation of the order by our online sales service, all shipping costs are paid by slideinline.com. In that case it is obligatory that you contact our customer service.

If you have chosen return insurance at checkout, you just have to contact customer service.

In all other cases, slideinline.com does not accept cash/payment on delivery shipments. That is, in case the product or size chosen is not to the customer's liking, the outbound shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

The costs of sending the new exchange material from our warehouse to the customer's home are assumed by slideinline.com in Economy service (48 / 72h) of the delivery company Correos Express. (Only the first time)
How do I return / change the product?
Once notified to the attention to the slideinline.com staff via telephone or via email you will be able to choose the shipping that best suits you for the return to our warehouses, taking into account that the product (boxes and product) arrive in good condition, such as they were received.

What if I want a refund of the amount paid?
The refund will be made through the same payment method used in the purchase, except in the case of having paid cash on delivery. In this case the refund will be made via bank transfer.

Slideinline.com will not refund the amount or carry out any reshipment of products until the receipt and condition of packaging and accessories of the article object of the return or change in our warehouses has not been verified.

The price to be returned is the one originally included in the order, except transportation and / or management costs, which will only be returned in case slideinline.com is responsible for the reason for the return of the product.

Once the correct condition of the returned product has been verified, slideinline.com will refund the amount within a maximum period of 30 days.
What if I buy a pack of products and I return only a part of them?
If you purchase of a pack of products with discount and you just want to do a parcial return of that order, the ammount to refund will be proportional to the value of the products withouth discount from that same purchase.

The ammount of the refund will be the price of the products returned deducting the pack discount ammount.
