What is the process?
Every time you shop in our online store with an order over €85 (excluding shipping and handling), you can receive a GIFT CARD of up to €50 to use on your next purchase. All you have to do is add products to your cart and if you exceed a certain amount, a GIFT VOUCHER will be added automatically.
Progression of the Gift Card
If your purchase exceeds one of the amounts in the deck, you will receive a GIFT CARD when your order ships. Be sure to check your email when you receive your order!
Shipping costs are not included in the calculation of the gift certificate.
The value of the GIFT CARD will increase as the value of your shopping cart increases.
For example, if you purchase something for $215, the value of the voucher will be $15 off, but if you add something else to your cart and it totals $280, the value of the voucher will increase to $25 off.
How do I use my gift card?
Each Gift Card has a unique code. During your next purchase, copy the code into the "Discount Codes" box and click "Add".
Also, if you use the coupon and your purchase exceeds another minimum amount, you will receive a matching gift card!
Note: The gift card promotion does not stack with other promotions and may be temporarily replaced by another offer. Gift cards are not valid for this promotion.

What is the minimum purchase amount in order to receive a gift card?
The minimum purchase amount to receive your Gift Voucher is 85€, which is 5€ of gift. These cards will increase in value according to the total price of the cart (excluding shipping). Check the list of cards to know which one you are entitled to.
What happens if I don't receive the email after my order is shipped?
First check your spam box, sometimes they sneak into your spam box. Also check that your order has the status "Delivered" in your Shopping History. If it has been delivered and the status has not changed, it will probably do so in a short time. If you still have not received it, do not hesitate to contact us by whatsapp, phone or email. We will be happy to assist you.
Can I use more than one gift card with a single purchase?
Just a heads-up! Gift cards aren't cumulative, so please redeem them in full on the same purchase. Thanks!
Can I combine the gift certificate with other promotions or discounts?
Gift cards can be used on any product (discounted or not), but cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes or promotions.
What happens if the code for the gift card does not work?

Is the gift card promotion permanent or does it have an end date?
Gift cards expire 6 months after they are issued. They cannot be redeemed after this time.
Can I share my gift card?
Gift cards are associated with the account used to make the purchase and can only be redeemed with the same associated account.
