None of the guarantees included here covers the replacement of parts due to wear or breakage of mechanisms, rubbers, housings and / or plastics, as well as aesthetic deterioration, due to the normal use of the product.
Only in the event that the manufacturer certifies the manufacturing failure of a product, it will be replaced or repaired, unless one of these two final options is objectively impossible or disproportionate, in which case you can opt for the price reduction or the resolution of the contract.
If, as stated in the preceding paragraph, the client opts for the termination of the contract and, therefore, the return of the item, the amount paid by the latter will be returned. slideinline.com will assume, in any case, the total shipping costs generated with respect to the return of products in which the manufacturing failure has been certified. The resolution will not proceed when the lack of conformity is of minor importance.
The client must inform slideinline.com of the lack of conformity within two months of having knowledge of it, being responsible for the damages or losses actually caused by the delay in the communication.

Warranty Terms and Conditions
Action & Sliding Sports, due to their nature, might cause the parts to break in a short period of time. The distributors and manufacturers often offer warranties (very limited) which cover manufacturing defects of their products. Damage produced from the practice of the sport are not covered by the warranty:
- Manufacturers warranty will only cover the defects produced in the manufacturing process. All damage made because of its use won’t be considered manufacturing defects and won’t be covered by the warranty.
- Any warranty will be denied in products that show an improper or aggressive use.
- Any modification of a product will void the distributors warranty for that part.
- A warranty will only be approved if the breakage is due to a manufacturing defect. The rest of damages, scratches, cracks or splits will be considered the outcome of its use and won’t be covered.
Every product breakage will be managed directly with the official distributor which will determine if the warranty covers it or not. Everything mentioned previously are some of the rules why we’ve been denied warranties in the past and must be taken in consideration. The warranty is not a life insurance for parts/products.
Often, the distributors do not accept warranty claims because of its use and we understand that often, the motivation to improve in the sport might trigger a bad crash/fall that causes an early breakage.
In case the warranty is approved by the manufacturer, we might request the return of the broken part or a proof of destruction (of the product). In this case we will create a voucher for the same amount or a replacement part/product will be sent.
