The Tempish sliding mat is for indoor skiing exercise and is real easy to put out.

The Tempish Sliding Mat is for indoor skating exercices and really easy to place and store.

The points of impact are made with strong materials to hold and last and the sliding sheet is held in 7 different points.

All the bottom of the Slide Mat has an "antisliding" surface.
