The new Nipples are made with their new Randy Urethane formula. This Urethane is already known to Otang, as it was used for testing new Urethane formulas some years ago. However, it was not ultimately used for wheels because the tests showed excessive rebound for wheel use. Instead, it is excellent for use in bushings, where the absorption power and quick response in turns are a priority.

Orangatang has left nothing to chance and has made its own washers for their bushings. This is because the washers that were being tested did not provide the desired response. There was no balance between hardness/resilience and compatibility. Therefore, it was decided to create a custom washer to optimize the performance of the assembly without altering or interfering with the geometry of the trucks. The washers are made of Carbon Steel, a very durable material with good flex tolerance.
Their compatibility has been tested in the most common brands with the following results: a very fine fit in Paris, Tracker Fastrack, Gullwing Charger II, and the old Bear trucks from before 2010. They are not compatible with the new Bear trucks, Gullwing Chargers, or Indys. In the case of Randals, they don't fit perfectly but do not interfere with their functionality. They fit well in Caliber trucks, although the result is not optimal.
Orangatang bushings are compatible with any truck that matches their measurements: 1-inch diameter, a depth of 0.66 inches, and a height of 0.56 cm.
