Element's history

Element was founded under the name "Underworld Element" by Johnny Schillereff in 1992 and later became a success as Element Skateboards. Element's business philosophy has a strong connection to the environment, hence the focus on nature in its designs.

This is how Johnny Schillereff, the founder of Element describes his brand, making it a fixture in skateboarding over the years and home to many professional skateboarders such as Nick Garcia, Brandon Westgate and Mark Appleyard among others.
