The Carver Resin surfskate is the result of Ryan Martz's upbringing in a community of highly skilled glassers, which explains why he has become one of the world's most sought-after resin artists. Ryan's father, Greg Martz, established the Waterman's Guild in 1983 with the aim of creating the finest glass shop in Southern California, where Ryan learned his trade. Under his father's guidance, Ryan developed a deep appreciation for perfectionism, making quality the paramount focus from the very beginning. Through hard work and dedication, Ryan has cultivated his own unique style of resin work, each piece a one-of-a-kind painting that captures the fluidity of water or fire, frozen in time. For his third resin series with Carver, Ryan created these custom designs using pigmented resin on fiberglass, resulting in authentic surf/skate graphics.
