You only have to check the box in the checkout next to the choosing of shipping method.
- Who can benefit from the Return Insurance?
This return insurance can be only applied in purchases with deliveries inside the Iberian peninsula.
- How do I return or exchange an item and how do I prove that I have purchased insurance?
To change or return a product, you have to follow the Return Policy and contact us by Whatsapp at +3468938743 or by e-mail (email@example.com) specifying the order number and the producto you want to return/change.
We will provide the shipping label for the return.
- How many times can I use the Return Insurance?
The Return Insurance can be applied only in one change or return for each order.
You can change or return one or more things of the same order, but only once.
If you want to do more exchanges for the same order, the Return Policy will be applied normally.
- Can I hire the Return Insurance if I have already done my order?
If the order has been already sent you will not be able to hire the Return Insurance.
